election is just a circus everywhere kadha. development kosam election anukuntey porapatu. 

its an occasion where you openly pick your tribe and participate in their festivities if you choose, or just quietly do it from your home via tv or like minded people.

its not gonna improve the governance even a little bit. 

happy people, people who feel part of the tribe are the ones that do the work. Not detached people who 'vote for development'. they are immaterial and too low in numbers.
