Jumper Posted January 14, 2021 Report Share Posted January 14, 2021 if sending money from US to India to buy that apartment - do not do this. never send dollars to india unless it is for some kind of one time or short expenses if money in india is being used to buy apartment and if there is no one who can do the work to buy land for you- then buy in a new construction by the time they deliver it will increase in price, price of an apartment increases for first 5 years after that nothing or it goes down a little. so you can still rent it out for 3 years after you get it but sell it before it hits the 5 year mark. Then invest in another new construction. instead of buying an apartment best ROI is on open lands or buy a farming land if you have all cash. future lo adi emi kakapoyina farm house kattukuni retire avvochu. land ki value eppudu perugutadi on an average more than an apartment and multi use.
