Ante those came to USA before 2010 ? My brother came in 2005 to do his MS, his PD is Sep 2013.. so will it benefit him ??

Do not touch parole option vuncle if it passes through BBB. High chances Reps will puck it up in future for sure. I hope they won't pass any immi bill like this. ala chesthe every time ila 50 senate raagne football aadatharu both sides immigration tho. Standalone and bipartisian is better way to pass bills like this. Period.

@csrcsr Parole okkate survive ayye la undi adi kuda next president change ayye varaku as per many law makers. Last 2 verdict memo lo clear ga mention chesindi INA ki amendment ki no ani until unless there is a bipartisian support. Mana recapture and 5K provisions Anni INA ki amendments. Dhaniki she said no ani in previous verdicts. We need Red gang support to survive this in Byrd bath rule. I don't know how parole come will survive. In my opinion Parole will be 50:50 chances and our provisions 10:90 chances.

The question before us is whether a series of proposed amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) that remove existing barriers to adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident (LPR) for a variety of existing and newly created classes of immigrants and non-immigrants, including many not legally present in the United States, is a policy change that substantially outweighs the budgetary impact of that change. We believe it is, and we find that the material from previous reconciliation bills cited as support for the current proposal is distinguishable or not controlling on this issue.

namasthe badham vuncle. adi manollaki chepthe @csrcsr ban chesthadu ninnu ikkada. You should say pass aithadi magic chesi aina ani. We need magic not logic.

chances of any immigration legislation before mid terms is almost impossible

historical ga chooste dems always try to do some executive actions for illegals after midterms if they lose

its better not top expect any immigration relief for legals, republicans will try to appear as if they are pro legals but end of the day they are only holding it to counter dems doing good for illegals, fact is both do not want immigration

pick full time jobs and enjoy H1 renewals and H4EAD and vacations, next immigration is in 2024 and beyond
