This year no need to accept applications and give receipts like last year. Processing speed should be at least 20% better than last year. If USCIS accounts downgrade applications in EB2 without needing to interfile, it is a jackpot. Since EB2 will start seeing SO from Q2, I expect dates to move until 2013 mid to say the least. Then depending on the pending inventory and SO in Q4 for EB3, it can move forward considerably.

They have more than 50% i140’s pending. And equally distributed  to 2013,2014. Even if they are not current they got to process these i140’s. We have asylum cases piling up.

2019 lo ne we got some 15k SO from FB. Still consulates are prioritizing IR over family. I expect minimum 30k SO in FY 2023 which is nothing compared to 150K but still enough to move the dates by few months instead of few weeks per year.

I140 is not even a priority right now. They have decided to process for only whoever requests PP. Current undi I140 approve ainollaki istaru.

ROW demand was also higher. Now we are expecting it to be less since they got 2x visas in FY21 and FY22. Same applies for EB1. It will stay current for next 2 years at least.
