HE doesnt even want to move to management side. He enjoys being in technical side. If he wanted to eppudo he could have he have so much zeal to adapt to new tech side and implement in the department. He encourages too that way. He says you want to do it different way sure antadu. Manager time sheet approve chestundi anthe ayina evaru kinda pani cheyadu. No one can even scratch him. Managers requesting ga adukuntaru ayinaani. Aey project lo problem unna he will become acting architect and will bring project back on track. He is citizen. Not all like to be on management side. Talent ki manager ki sambandham ledu. SUper techie person hates management side usually.

I think ppl with great tech knowledge hate management side.. My colleague kuda same mentality and same respect company lo.. He left now andhaariki torture a inka

No baa. Talented people I know either doesn't like to be manager or are worst managers.

That type of recognition is very important. My team members love me but the problem is to keep up with my reputation, I sometimes have to go above and beyond to help them out.

Totally agree. I do so many things on the fly and wrote some automated programs to alert me when things go wrong. I even don't know what all I wrote. Inka KT antaava, vaatini artham chesukuni, use chese candidates unte happy ga ivvochu. 

I always joke about that in our meetings, what happens if I get ran over by a bus.

It's a great choice to stay back as a programmer.
