Depends on who you ask. 

 

If you ask a holder of small cap growth stocks, the market is far away from all time highs. Those stocks are bleeding like crazy. Of course they are speculative stocks but they fell quite a bit.

i bought some of these stocks at 50% from high ...  like OZSC at 10 cents ,  CTRM at 59 cents , GNUS at $1.80 ,  ZOM at $1.30 , SYN at 68 cents. 

 lets see if some reddittors or some one pump these stocks.  

I wouldn't put more than $300 on these stocks .
