Yes, pant single handedly disrupted his rhythm... he came back strong by taking 2 wickets in 2 overs later - both result of bounce he got. add uneven bounce and 2nd new ball is also available if india can last for another 70 overs, it'll be a miracle if india can survive. 

bursts of archer and anderson is also handy against tail enders even if india survives first 70 overs.
