India’s squad for last two Tests against England announced

India’s squad for last two Tests against England announced

The All-India Senior Selection Committee met on Wednesday to pick the squad for the last two Test matches to be played at Ahmedabad against England.

The team is as follows: Virat Kohli (Captain), Rohit Sharma, Mayank Agarwal, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane (Vice-captain), KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), Wriddhiman Saha (wicket-keeper), R Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Ishant Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Md. Siraj.

Umesh Yadav will join the team in Ahmedabad and after his fitness assessment will replace Shardul Thakur, who will be released for Vijay Hazare Trophy.

The Committee also picked five net bowlers and two players as standbys.

Net Bowlers: Ankit Rajpoot, Avesh Khan, Sandeep Warrier, Krishnappa Gowtham, Saurabh Kumar

Standby players: KS Bharat, Rahul Chahar.

Abhimanyu Easwaran, Shahbaz Nadeem and Priyank Panchal have been released for Vijay Hazare Trophy.

Aadi good the... aadu aadi kunti po0k bowling ... waste of time ... aadu T20s and ODIs ki o mostaru set aythadu... tests ki completely useless ... even batting kuda peekedi undadu ... there are way better bowlers and all rounders out there for India

Waste ayithe ICC TEST bowler rankings lo Top 10 endhuku untaadu kaka.. 

His Avg is below 22 and SR is below 50 which is certainly top rated and in just 18 matches got 83 wickets..

Virat Kohli could face one Test ban for showing dissent at umpire's decision

It all happened during the final over of the day when Menon adjudged England skipper Joe Root not out. Kohli used the DRS and the decision favoured Root because of umpire's call. The Englishman lived to see another day as the umpire had originally adjudged him not out . As soon as the third umpire gave the verdict, an infuriated Kohli walked down to Menon and expressed his displeasure over the decision.

The dynamic batsman was seething as he was seen engaged in a furious chat with the umpire. As a result, Kohli could land in trouble with match referee Javagal Srinath. According to the ICC code of conduct, players are sanctioned if they show ‘dissent at an umpire’s decision’ or are seen to be ‘arguing or entering into a prolonged discussion with the umpire about his/her decision’.

Conspiracy emundhi oka jalak ittandhi tagilithe better eh, was arguing unnecessarily with umpire lets see what happens he already has demerit points, while batting also across danger run ki Nitin menon warned kohli dhaaniki edhava argument chesaadu...
