I am looking for genuine IT work experience documents, BGV support from existing company. Is it possible?

Who have gap after education  showing  experience in resume by taking exp documents from consultancy in Hyderabad/bangalore/chennai to get into IT . But it creates problem in BGV or if they ask bank statements, pf account ,form 16..etc  By luck if we overcome and got job after working 1 year if project changes again bgv will done or while switching company again we have to change xperience documents if previous documents is in lis..

Is this only way who having gap or Any suggestion please....
