2015 Feb undhi nadhi. My employer is about to file new i-140(transfer from different emp). Ee situation lo eb2/3 which is good for me. Please suggest..

I dont think despite movement, it wont move beyond 2011 . I think both will be around same date, as there are lot of downgrades. So wait until 3/4 quarter of this year to see movement if any. Also on other side, I heard EO has been cancelled by Biden today, that there will no longer be interviews for Employment based GC which will reduce wastage.
