One thing i want to share is not all mental illness are same, psychiatry is too complex. Infact i have met californias famous doctor.

all they can do is prescribe benzos for extreme cases otherwise ssri blockers.

its purely a guess work when it comes to medication.

patients may have multiple sumptoms like delusions, psychosis, schizophrenia,ptsd all at a time.

psychiatry also needs to be shunned for merely giving medicines based on guesswork because thr patients cant explain/ articulate their symptoms

it has the good and bad side too

what surprised me is none of the neighbors or the people who knew the family for years mentioned about it.. at least in the news that came to my notice.

There needs to be more work in this field... Pratidanki serotonin inhibitors can't be the solution. That's what is wrong with evidence based medicine...they go behind symptoms and treat only symptoms. Most of the times patients kuda 2/3 weeks dosage bagundagane relax ayyi.they get used to it ...most of them don't even finish complete CBT
