I cannot agree anymore. Personal experience.

I don't give that much freedom but thanaki aa feeling vachinappudu Idigo money and naa life nee chethullo peduthunna ani cheptha. Next 1 month edaina restaurant ki pothe 2 entrees enduku okati share chesukundam antadi. Nenu lopala mission accomplished anukunta.

i agree her dad is doing bad decisions, oka 10K intiki pampite tanaki peace of mind and probably that will be good for their parents also. most importantly she is telling you. respect that. 

You should be cool with that. Tell her - send whatever that supports them but make sure your dad does not get to use this for drinking, else it becomes bottomless. 

Personally you may go into the same situation in future - because life is a bi**ch.
