‘చెప్పు’ అని చెప్పకుండా... ప్రమాదకరమైన ఆయుధంతో కుట్రపూరితంగా దాడి చేశారని ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. దీనిపై పోలీసులు ఐపీసీ 324, 506 సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. సత్యరాజు రాసి ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులోని సారాంశాన్నే ఎఫ్‌ఐఆర్‌లో పొందుపరిచారు. ప్రస్తుతానికి విజయవాడలో కేసు నమోదు చేసినప్పటికీ, దాడి జరిగింది హైదరాబాద్‌ కావడంతో తర్వాత అక్కడికి బదిలీ చేస్తామని ఓ పోలీసు అధికారి చెప్పారు.

It's just my guess for reason he didn't filed case. There is difference between accusing in a talk show vs officially filing a court case.  If you have the better reason feel free to post it.

yes, if sakshi invites someone for debate, and makes the opposite candidate attack the person, and don't want to hold any responsibility for it.. case should be filed against sakshi too if that happens.

yeah, because they don't want to take any action against it. 

If a friend invites you to his home, and some unknown person there attacks you, and your friend don't want to take any responsibility for it, don't you hold him responsible too, for whatever happened.

Or ABN should inform the debatants, there might be physical attacks if they don't like opposite person argument in their studio, and should ask to come only if they are ok with it.

They ended the debate right there - did they not ? They expressed vicharam, the anchor apologized to viewers. They said they will cooperate if bjp files any charges. They banned srinivas from any live debates in future. I thinks thats reasonable enough.

If you invite two grown guests - respectable members of society and one of them takes to violence(a very small violence ofcourse with no real injury at all). You apologize to other guest ban inviting the guest to any future parties with other guests involved. Sounds decent enough to me. Intha kanna yem chesthaar.
