 last 3 months energy and oil went up pretty good, these made a decline recently as well just like tech and EV is what i meant.

My oil and re opening stocks are stable 

but yesterday at low bought EV , cannabis stocks and down by 20 % in a day 

just should have waited few more days

All short term trends are bearish for it. Even itermediate outlook is slightly bearish. Long term looks good. Same with SPY.
