Cool Posted March 8, 2021 Report Share Posted March 8, 2021 1st 15 days: smoke 90% of cigarette. 2nd 15 days: reduce it to 80% 3rd 15 days: 70 % Slowly bring it to 10% over a period of time. Don't quit but maintain at 10 % only for few weeks, but make sure to maintain gap of at least 4 hours. Mark the cigarettes where to to stop and do not think to drop once it hits that mark.
