If FAD is not correct they can only preadjudicate bro ,they cannot adjudicate, even they give RFE for people whose priorty date is not current they will preadjudicate the entire application and when number bcomes availablle then they will allocate the GC.

Thats why they are asking medicals before hand for some people who hjave everything rewady like 140 aapproved,finger prints done to preadjudicate

agreed @Iriswest "larger share of SO waiting in next FY, he doesn’t have to retrogress dates after aggressive movement." This statement i believe should be true otherwise think of a scenario 

where a person with 2010 Pd for some reason he was not able to apply last oct has to wait next FY, so just for few candidates i dont think they will keep FAD at same place (since FAD cannot go back) since they knew next year they have SO and can accomodate the missing ones. 

Otherwise if they move FAD back and forth it will be back and forth which i feel they wouldn't want it.

I don't know in trackitt forum they say for 2013 itself it will take 5+ years for FAD to be current.

yeah but dont you think its a good thing.. if they effectively use the preadjudication then allocating GC's are simply running a batch job for GC if there is no interview..

its a smart move why wait for a person if they have submitted all the info

interesting how it goes.. so a person who missed last oct with PD 2011 will get GC next year than a person with 2013 who received medicals rfe ,...

yeah i think the same till sept 22 it will be like this since they know the SO after that life as usual.

also at the same time they knew Medicals is valid for 2 yrs they dont loose anything
