SO bro one of my friend May 2010 is in same situation , i your case

if 2013 hits the final action date (This is all speculation based on CO video) it will never go back , once your perm is approved you can file concurrently any time

else malli USCIS filing dates accepet cheisnapdu apply cheyadsme

Duplicate filings vuntayee andulo( people who have both eb2 and eb3). So exact number cheppalem. Also it doesn't includes dependants numbers. So exact number guess cheyyatam kashtam.

you cannot take this numbers as is bro in my case I have 3 140s in eb2 plus the current downgrade , only CO chepadu kabati eee hype anukuntuna

you are lukcy kada....needi approve ayyaka you have 180 days to file i140, so you have a choice to either go wtih Eb2 or Eb3...am i missing something?
