I work as a neurologist , have seen several COVID patients from mild to severe cases. My sister and BIL were infected back in August and recovered well.

Suggestions:

1. Eat normal healthy food.

2. Drink plenty of fluids.

3. Take tylenol in case of fever.

4. Inhale vicks and steam in case of  nasal stuffiness.

5. Buy online pulse oximeter and check your Spo2 once a day.

6. Buy a thermometer and make a log of your temperatures.

You will recover well without any issues.

Time to go to hospital:

1. If you feel short of breath and if your Spo2 is below 90%.

Otherwise you will do pretty well. Get well soon.

recovery time ela vuntadi..
