Moving from California Tri-Valley area to Atlanta

Working as a senior developer and making 250K (155K Base + 95K Stocks) in Tri-Valley area.

Selected for a job in Atlanta, but yet to get the offer. How much is the comparable salary? also advantages and disadvantages of this move please.

140-150k plus benefits. Atlanta fastest growing cities lo okati, nice weather cost of living takkuva compared to cali. Desis bagane untaru. Only drawback downtown lo job ayithe traffic ammadu lets do kummudu.

yeah but other metro cities like NY, SFO, LA, Chicago etc public transport chaala use chestharu...subways or metra trains from suburbs....Atlanta lo public transport unda?

total pay 150 istey goppa , like base 120 and bonus.suburb ayitey happy ledantey fasak traffic

250K for Senior Developer is common. some will give more base pay and some will give more in stocks. mana DB lo chala disco lu ayyayi...fake ani...Anyway nenu argue cheyyadaniki kadu....just passing info.

one is house affordable, state tax maybe little cheap...what else aa ani?

With the 15%, if I can make those two (housing and state tax) then enduku move avvadam ani thinking...
