No. it seems they did construct more roads than UPA. They did allocate more for road building (purely as a factor of increasing GDP and revenue) and did build roads at twice the rate UPA did.

Gdp growth crashed because dear leader thought he knew better economic policies than experts . 

He ordered a credit squeeze on small and medium enterprises and hence the job crash . Notice the large firms are having rcecord profits while most of MSME sector is still struggling

 

Demonitisation destroyed the unorganised sector. 

Finally NPA crisis (or corruption) because the state refuses to act on anyone.  thieves who stole 5000 to 15000 cr NPA's are walking in the parliament . Anil Ambani is still free even if his firms have accumulated 1 lakh cr NPA's etc

Inadequate stimulus package of only 1.5-2  lakh cr instead of the so called 20 lk cr package

Atleast in this year they listened to some experts and loosened the pockets a bit . 

Nitin gadkari and jayashankar are the only functioning ministries in this govt .

I say, because govt spent on useless infra projects without equal spending on social welfare. See, you like to pretend like there are super entrepreneurs in India who would simply export the sh1t out of everything with just the right infra and policy. BJP thinks the same. that's why they are spending on infra. That growth hasn't happened.

India is ungovernable. simple. There's simply no other take away from this than this obvious truth.

more than half of people who slipped into poverty from lower middle class world over were from India.. I think the number is some 10crore people.

how much of those 1.5-2 lakh cr is for infra projects, so that netizens can feel proud about their swanky metro in their fav city? 

I know most of them are loans to MSME, but I havent heard of anyone who was able to cash in on that bonanza. The banks themselves dismiss this package and refuse to lend.

The policy shift in middle East from being pro Pakistan to nuetral or slightly pro india is huge win for the country whether you like it or not because they are our biggest traders and once Pakistan's biggest supporters.

Also one of the biggest reason india is unable to grow like china because you can't favour only 4,5 states as central govt and except the whole country to do well .

Middle east generally follows usa foreign policy to sub continent. jai shankar and modi are literal lapdogs of us so it is just normal - nothing to do with indian govt policy in middle east. India lost ability to trade with iran. Relations with bangla, sri lanka, nepal, china, pakistan are worse than ever. Despite all hobnobbing with us - what concessions could they get in things matter most to indians like h1b etc>

and the tangible benefit to India because of this is???  I mean this sounds like something very small. middle east are no big shots on the world stage now that US is the biggest producer of oil. It looks like they need India more than India needs them. seems pretty straight forward.
