Ok ardam kala but trying to understand..

There are 2 dates. Ead dates and final gc date.

Now gc date moved 3 months forward. So danivalla ead dates move antunava?

yaa ead dates are becoming GC dates accprding to you, that means they will starts gc processing for all thos UCSICS needs more data in eb2 to give green cards so they will open filing dates

I’m in the same boat. June 1 2012 but changed employer. My perm filed with new employer in dec still waiting. Should I downgrade to eb3 or file in eb2. What is my best bet?

The point is bro you should understand is eb2 going at this pace will hit the filing date in 3 months and thefiling dates might open and move forward people who missed narrowly and company did not allowed will get a chance soon they should be getting ready

Bro EB2 DOF eppatidaka ravocchu for this October bulletin.

I know it's long shot... but mine is Dec 2013 Eb2. Any chance to apply for applying GC to get EAD ?

With heavy number of Eb3 downgrades. Eb3 kanna eb2 ne better emo anipistundhi.

so you did not applied last october , no one knows bro until sepptember 15th i will suggest you keep both options open until september 15th worst case you can downgrade or if eb2 moves you can apply direct,

the tricky part will be if they dont open filing dates for eb3 then its must yoou have to wait for eb2 to open
