call them back, sometimes we have to call until it get resolved, the next rep could be of some help. This is not normal, however sh1t happens, but call back later, hopefully this time the rep would resolve it.. good luck!

I had this issue .... Several times..

One time one kid used it to buy video games and pizza ... I immediately disputed and got refund back..

 

 

Next one guy used my card for booking rental car ..hotel and entire vacation package ... While card was still in my pocket..I bet that guy is some behind the cash counter guy and stole my credit info while running the card..I got my money back 

 

Discover card ... 

Their service is good..even Citi card
