monitors come with flickerfree technology, when you record display  with your phone you can see the flickering due to PWM. It is minimal to none on latest monitors and that reduces stress on your eyes

Yeah. I didn’t give much consideration until now. It’s not about money. I won’t give a damn about money when it comes to my health

eyes are the most precious organs in human body, spend the most on comforting it

with covid, you need a QHD 27 as a minimum, TUV eye certification check chesuko which Lenovo think vision has

I got curved ultrawide 42 inch monitor, I usually need two monitors but this will suffice my needs. There is no headache of adjusting montior settings to match each other.

bro , buy a proper monitor,

screen settings adjust chesukovachu , don't use tv and also buy a monitor mount , you can adjust the distance of the monitor if you still feel any issues

Good desk , chair , monitor , keyboard , mouse , monitor mount , foot rest , headphones etc are one time investments if you are working from home often so buy good ones that will last a few years atleast , issues rakunda untayi
