Discotek Posted October 22, 2021 Report Share Posted October 22, 2021 Insta pot mutton kheema pulao : 1) bring about 1 lb mutton for 3 people or increase quantity as required .. soak rice in a sepearate bowl for 30 mins .. meanwhile … 2) saute bayleaves , cinnamon , cloves , cardomom , shah jeerah , star anise in about 5 tbsp oil and some butter ( ghee if available ) 3) add onions and chillies 4) add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 2 mins 5) add ground mutton ( kheema ) and let lt cook in medium to mid high flame for 20 mins with lid closed 6) add garam masala , chilli powder , corainder , cumin powder , cashew powder , salt to it and saute for 3 min 7) let it cook for 5 mins and turn off the pan note : you can also do this in instapot saute mode 8 ) added soaked rice to above along with corainder and mint leaves 9) turn on instant pot to rice mode and.
