Ok I found the lyrics, I understand the meaning of the poem but word to word meaning kosam vetukutunnanu. Here is the poem. 

కంజాక్షునకుగాని కాయంబు కాయమే

పవన కుంభిత చర్మ భస్త్రి గాక

వైకుంఠు బొగడని వక్త్రంబు వక్త్రమే

ఢమఢమ ధ్వనితోడి ఢక్క గాక

హరి పూజనము లేని హస్తంబు హస్తమే

తరుశాఖ నిర్మిత దర్వి గాక

కమలేశుజూడని కన్నులు కన్నులే

తనుకుడ్యజాల రంధ్రములు గాక 

 

చక్రి చింత లేని జన్మంబు జన్మమే

తరళసలిల బుద్బుదంబు గాక

విష్ణుభక్తిలేని విబుధుండు విబుధుడే

పాదయుగము తోడి పశువు గాక.

from what I understand, this sentence means, a body that doesn't belong to Krishna is equal to something?? air covered by skin?
