Look for any condo , Small bedroom apartment under 200 k budget.. get Rent as a constant income .

Is this a good option? I heard tenants tho issues untai if they damage the house and bit risky ani ...

heard tenants vacate cheyakapothe need to send court orders and that process will take 6 months...
