Restructuring of Debt ante paying off old debt and borrowing fresh.

If they restructure all debt from 2014-2019, then they may spend most of new debt for that. Not sure what exactly you are trying to tell here.

Restructure ante paying off old kadu man… paying off interest and extending loan term that doesn’t mean taking new loans

Reason for AP debts is Chemba also which  yellow mafia is covering up by putting all blame on jaggad

Its not like ycp is doing any different than TDP , both are doing same sh*t

Its just that people try to ignore the wrongdoings of their party and blame other.

If anyone is really serious about state finances they will not vote for parties which promise huge amount of freebies , salary hikes, pensions , loan waivers in their manifestos

There is one girl who is unemployed after btech. She is receiving unemployment funds from AP government and sc/st funds for her family members...so she is comfortable ..

Recently she asked me to bring apple pro laptop and told me that she will transfer funds now itself. And she is already using an apple phone purchased in India.

So what's the point of these unemployment funds and sc/st support funds ?

I myself don't own a Mac book pro because I consider it as  Xtreme investment for regular multimedia browsing.

Governments will never repay any kind of debt. AT least it has never happened in India. Economic survey base and future growth chusukuni if they can mop up enough funds to pay the interest, they will either keep the debt just like that or restructure their existing debt by variety methods.

Evo temporary borrowings or over drafts lantivi emana vunte avi repay chestaru but long term borrowings will never be paid back. Trust me if governments start paying back their debts, everything will fall apart in financial system.

Lol leave india , countries like japan , usa will even crumble if borrowing rates are hiked by 5%

These debts are demoninated in local currencies and can be written off anytime

So not too alarming unlike countries like Pakistan , Argentina ,Greece whose debt is foreign demoninated and they rely heavily on imported goods

Welfare schemes ni 100% efficient and transparent ga implement cheyadam kastam. EVen the government is aware of these facts.

Any welfare scheme, oka 20-30% aina mus use avutadi. This is a norm.

Compeltely wrong.even in remote states you have job openings to support the unemployed...

In Andhra engineering grads has to migrate to Chennai or hyd, Banglore to find a job after btech.  So if the current government don't focus in creating more jobs or releasing group 1 openings... Unemployment lo no1 ki potudhi ..

Transferring money at expense of tax payer cannot be a welfare scheme. Unemployment support, yes.
