Treat urself biryani every sunday, a sunday kosam 6 days work hard. Start ur day with water, nuts, egg whites oats or fruits. Roti, quinoa, brown rice with lots of veggies(roju oka vegatable cover cheyyi) oranges stock lo pettuko or any other fruits.  Fish fillet okati thinna kadupu nindithadi. Sprouts, beans.. neeku akali vesthe nutritious food thinu don’t eat junk that will give you NOTHING but empty calories. Egg whites or fish thinna neeku energy tho patu nutrients vasthayyi. French fries thinte em radhu😒.. leave one day to have comfort food. Fast one day if u can.

Body light aipoindi, skin glow.. and feeling great mentally and physically. Weight check cheskoledu but I am sure I lost few pounds. Madyalo konni days pothunyyi when i meet people and we eat out but water, cardio and eating limited food is great for healthy weight loss.
