kaani 10y taravata aa rate expire ayyi market rate ki vastav. if you think you wont be in the same for 10y - go for lowest rate. if not 30y fixed makes sense from a lock-in point of view.

if u r not planning to stay longer than 10 years then go with 10/1 arm. For me it a townhome and I will definitely shift to single family in 5 years. So I went with 7/1 arm. Or else go with 30years fixed

Yes thagguddi. You can always refinance as many times as you want

but aa 10years i can refinance if rate goes down or in the similar range. Looking to lock in for as much less interest as possible
