Interest rates valla buying will slow down.

Also, Summer lo nice weather valla construction kuda konchem peruguthadhi. Overll ga less buying and more construction will add up to increased inventory.

Atleast this bidding craze will go down and homes prices will cool off a bit in next 6 months.

PS I'm no expert. So dont quote me on this. I have a mediocre brain which does not attend kitty parties or suffer from FOMO syndrome. Thats it.

Keep Dreaming

PPP loans,

Cut down in taxes by dump thatha 2 years ago

Low interest rates. All contributed.

If fed does not pull back some securities. Its no use. Powell thatha nakinchesthunnaduuu sammagaaa

Fed raising interest rate is the easiest weapon they think they have and most likely do it for few quarters before realizing it impacts consumption and may trigger recession, at this point they will stop

entire money is with rich and poor became even poorer, some sort of wealth tax will be tried

feds decisions are more impactful on poor than rich

FOMO syndrome is real . One of my colleagues is 40 plus years old.  Motham india lo apartments liquidate chesi , 200k down , 800k loan tho 1M house sign chesadu. Kids are high school.

Single job . Asalu recession lo job pothe , evadidhi naakuthado india ki velli artham kavatla.

30 years naake , mortgage plus recession ante vaniking . Antha family with wife not having any work experience before,  endhi ra ayya mee dhairyam .

Don't make your monthly mortgage calculations on excel and buy homes ra ayya.

Koncham chuskondi..

Still there is a huge gap between demand and supply. Atleast there won't be fomo and lathkoor houses ki bidding akkarledhemo ani sixth sense telling
