They may go further higher too. Inflation will come down as interest rates climb up. atleast as per observation, housing market is cooling down. Atleast in bay area. This home is in market for 20 days. There are 2 more homes in market for more 15 days in dublin/ca…. Seeing this trend after long time. Last 2 years max 1-2 weeks lo pending vellayi homes. I have deposits, I am loosing $$ with conversion back to here, also day by day loosing money value sitting in indian bank.. I am thinking I rather Invest here..there is always issue investing in indian properties and getting back money. I would take loss now close to $10K.. any suggestions..
