We are at a highly advanced stage in science where we can detect chromosomal abnormalities/down syndrome/ embryo deficiencies when compared to older generations. When you have the baby’s health information at hand, and you are not a person who can take up the duty of bringing up a handicapped kid, it’s better to abort it before it develops any senses.

Here, everyone is missing the point the insurmountable guilt that a mother has to go through to arrive at that decision. And she is the one who will have to live it.

All here are talking as if the woman or parents are the only stakeholders here. What about the life that is being killed? All boils down to what you believe in, is it life inside womb or no? If you think it's life and still support it then I don't know what to say. It doesn't matter if they feel the pain or not, Is it okay to kill all disabled kids by giving them anesthesia? That's where Roe is controversial it deals as if only the woman is stakeholder and her right to privacy and this allowed for all kinds of abortions. But problem is what about the rights of the life inside?

It takes a village to take care of disabled kids. If parents are not capable of taking care of such kids (financially or mentally) isn’t it a crime to bring them into this world and abandon/torture them? Babies with chromosomal issues do not have a healthy life span either. Conditions that develop after birth are unavoidable and that is destiny. Having to watch their own kid die is the most painful thing in the world. Parents of kids with cancer go through this heartbreaking thought everyday.

It’s a woman’s uterus. That is HER body part.  Implantation of embryo doesn’t happen after informing the mother. That is autonomous and happens even if she doesn’t agree to it, even if she has taken every precaution on earth for it to not happen. SHE and only she has the right to decide to nourish the embryo or not, because she is THE part of reproductive system(not mother yet) that can sustain life.

do you eat meat? is it life? should meat be banned because there's huge pain involved to the life that is being culled for you to enjoy your meat?

personally I do think people should avoid eating meat purely for this reason. Its the same reason I think abortion is wrong too. But having a personal conviction and forcing it on people ki difference undhi.

tell me why a fetus should be considered as a life and given full rights that people are given, and why not poultry, cow be given that same rights? The level of consciousness in animals being slaughtered are much higher than in the fetus in question?

if you love life so much, and support not banning of meat I don't know what to say.

ilaane undhi nee argument. are you not ashamed that you cannot convince an woman to carry her child to birth, but want to impose it via a law? eating meat should be made a felony too in that case.

borders lo, illegal ga cross chesey vaallani champey vaallani em cheddaam? aa officers ni life imprisonment eddaama, for killing a life?

illegal vaalladhi life kaadhaa? why because they don't have US citizenship/legal residentship..

mari fetus ki undha US citizenship and legal residentship? how dare they make abortion a felony... malli daaniki nee laantollu backing this sh1t by pretending like you care about 'life'.

may be.. depends on what it is being used for.. advocating for a woman's health is ok.. but it is not her choice all the time..
