Suggest decent cookware sets that last 2-3 years and safe -mostly stainless steel - and not like non-stick/ Teflon  with chemicals etc,

I uses mainstays stainless steel for 2 years without any complaints- just want to upgrade to a better ones

+1 for All clad.

Calphalon steel cookware is better than non-stick. But you have to get used to cooking with right amount of oil.

Found ceramic coated pans perfect for omelets. They don't disintegrate like non-stick cookware.
