Not everything, that too in a public school..

can you quote a relevant law? I have had multiple experiences where threat to lives and racist threats, even those that included spits due to close range verbal threats, were categorized as freedom of speech.

  • To permit students to print articles in a school newspaper over the objections of the school administration.
    Hazelwood School District v. Kuhlmeier, 484 U.S. 260 (1988).
  • Of students to make an obscene speech at a school-sponsored event.
    Bethel School District #43 v. Fraser, 478 U.S. 675 (1986).
  • Of students to advocate illegal drug use at a school-sponsored event.
    Morse v. Frederick, __ U.S. __ (2007).

Nothing new , it's been happening since first generation indian immigrants came to USA. My colleague who went to public school in USA had to get restraining order on his fellow classmate (makku).

threats are not equal to printing articles.. school-sponsored "event".. advocate drug use.. precedents need to be exact, unlike law.. also, he is innocent until proven guilty..
