My company given advance amount for next 4 years if they leave in between they have to payback.

House unte ammesi, 4 years salary advance theskuni, pani lo pani  2 or 3 simultaneous personal loans theskuni india jump avvadam better. India lo minimum 30 Lakhs starting sal isthunnar for 5 to 6 years exp people, more experienced more salary. Compared to Indian salaries&savings, US salaries&savings have become marginally more.

Market correction ani 50-75 % retain chesukovalanukune vallaki hike isthe...remaining junk anthaa thengestaaaru vere company laku...ee retain ayina vaallu atleast 1 year ayina undipothaaru.....with in next 6-7 montjs recruit fresh MS students st low and train them under these retainees...then tuck these retainees the same way next year...maku meeting lo ide cheppaadu maa VP saaru....🤣

It’s ok… if u accept another op.. tell then they have to pay off ur attrition. Easy way like how it happens if u switch from ATT to T-Mobile vice versa
