Everything takes time,  people who were disappointed so far with bids usually jump when the demand softens a little . Aa batch jumping ayyaka start audhi asalu jathara. Look around , builders are building more homes than usual. 

Fed will do everything in power to destroy the market . Don't worry ..

If the inflation goes atleast at 5% year and the houses won't appreciate for 3 years, it means the value is lost at 5% compounded for 3 years .

wrong man.  It all depends on the market.  Austin lanti markets lo 750k+ homes ki demand thagguthundi but below 500k new homes ki inka demand undi. interest rates are still historically low. recession lo first impact ayyedi rental and vacation homes like airbnb,vrbo. next used homes  and last ki new construction homes ki free upgrades istharu but it all depends on inventory in that local market.

people are buying homes with cash equity. stocks lo kante home investment is always better. less risk involved.
