Too many players in the market. No one wants to join a new consultancy. Getting vendorship without a relationship is also hard.. h1b transfers will mostly go for older consultancies with good track record.. I know at least 3 to 4 people that tried and gave up.. The max they achieved is convincing 3 to 4 OPTs and marketing them who left after 2 to 3 months.. even for that also he had to invest a lot upfront including training, accommodation, food, salary advances
