One home near us went 200k over adjacent home, same model - both on marker same time. First one has 200k worth of upgrades done in recent past... Kicker is 2nd home was unsold for 1.5 as it's overpriced... But after a week it got sold.. 200k less in pubic eye, but he was super happy as he got 150k more than it would ever get... Can you list upgrades worth 200k? I think entire kitchen, bathrooms, flooring redone costs < 100k but labor tight at this point which could double.
