Just my opinion anna, If you have Green Card and are on track for citizenship and kids are in middle school here then no point taking villa. Settle kids here and then for retirement if you want to go to India, take an apartment where you have friends relatives. All this assuming you dont have a life situation where you need to go back for parents right now. Then yeah look for villa in hyd. Dont take from investment point for view for retirement. Areas mari potayi, and bldgs get old. Appudu konnukotam better.

Can the ministry check how much hiring private companies are doing? What all falls under the preview of the ministry? I thought they do airport construction/maintenance and since Air India got privatized they don't have much else.
