Sens. Schumer and Durbin now tweeting that they have an alternate proposal for the parliamentarian.

What haven't said yet is if they're going to keep using the same parliamentarian again.

Keep in mind: Senate leadership *can* dismiss (or even replace) the parliamentarian.
