Its true about appreciation ... But we dont know when the home appreciation stops. Also housing never went up like it went up since 2010 ... 

Lots of homes bought in 2023 in market already for rent and now selling as people are struggling with payments if they cannot rent them.

FOMO effect. It did not make sense to buy properties after 2022 as a investment home. They will come into market soon. They are not able to rent them and 2-3 months if its empty, it will build pressure on owners to sell.

Normal ki oche scope kanapadam ledu. Market bad last year also, They should be corrected by now. Also interest rates taggite hysa also will go down.
