New Construction home and Pre-owned home price difference

over $100k undi..

New neighborhood pakkana 5 year old community lo homes selling for $650K for 3600 sft. But still homes remain active over a month.

Builder quoting up to $780K for 3200 sft which includes lot premium, upgrades. 

after couple of years, both homes will be old ... which one is good to choose ?

If it’s not too old like after 2015 an old home is better value. 
 

However a lot of desis have the used feeling. May prefer new homes.And newer upgrades are always cool and latest.

I went through the same dilemma before buying. One thing that helped me compare and plan better was checking design ideas and layout possibilities from sites like https://zalezarchitecture.com/en/ to see what’s doable with new builds versus older homes. Also, make sure to factor in renovation costs for resale homes—they can add up fast depending on the condition and whatever changes you want.

Pre-Owned is good in-terms of Quality also. Not sure about other markets. but in South florida new constructions getting built with cheapest interiors.

option 1 : house ki anta enduke le...5 bedrooms kavala...3 saripova...4 bathrooms kavala...2 saripova...pedda lot avasarama...house ki 700k pettala...aina happiness mukhyam not home sieze...new house ee konala..pre owned ok kada....ee daridrapu thinking unna batch...waste pundakors....

option 2: I like a 1.2 million home...thats it...adi afford ela cheyyalo I will think and buy
