My suggestion is if you want it, and if you can afford it.. get it done don't wait too long..and don't do it out of societal preassures or other reasons..be confident even without hair..

Btw, i had 3000 grafts..

for 3000 grafts maa daggara vaadu 9K teesukunnadu..i got in MA here only locally.. i looked google reviews and they looked genuine..basic analysis anthe..i called him up went threre..it was an old house turned into clinic..full staff, manchi tech pettukunadu..first he said use tablets, spray etc.,..i said ok and came back..i waited another 3 months for winter , holidays to start and then setup a date and just walked in..no prep nothing required.

Like i said i just did it..ekkuva alochincha ledu..ekkuva hopes kooda pettukovaledu..and really i can live with that hair loss also.. its just a matter of preference for me..

this 9K cost is for FUT (they take strip from back and implant on top)..so this procedure leaves a line of scar on the back..and this can be done only if you lose hair on top and your back hair is strong..like i said since i lost most hair in 2-3 years, i think it was more to do with stress, weather (Massachusetts) , cold , hot water bath etc. bad habits..so my back hair was really good..so i went with this..

The other procedure, FUE , they take pieces of hair , using a diff mechanism, from all over and implatn..so there won't be any scar. but for 3000 grafts he said its 2 day procedure and costs around 17K..now the FUT procedure scar is visible only when you shave your head fully like in tirupati..so i thought its ok..eppudoo oka sari gundu kodatam daaniki enduku anavasaranga 8K bokka ani..i went with FUT.. 

No side effects...i sort of felt low performance down under when I took the tablets, so i didn't take tablets and i told the same to that doctor too.. But I am not 100% sure if its tablet effects or just my mind playing games with me or could be my i got bored with my wife those 2-3 weeks ...anyways i stopped it and after no its all normall..

you can get micro pigmentation for that part..but i felt it bit unnecssary..its ok ba..teliste telisindi hair plant ani..i don't care..

I got done in hyd bro four years back.  I got FUE - no scar, no side effects, nothing changed after using pills including performance ( I am on and off on the pills as I don't want put too much medicine in the body - I didn't see any diff), Minoxidil spray once in a while as well.  Real happy about the results - i got done in two sittings one 3500/second 2000 (I think).  First sitting ki 2.5 lakh and second 1 or 1.5 (dont' remember).  It surely increases the confidence without a question.  I would recommend don't think too much and just get it done

and one more thing, I was reading new technology is Stem cell hair restoration - this is neither FUT nor FUE.  If the existing hair goes again, I may try this one.  But, for now looking and feeling very good!
