These missionaries convert people by creating hate on hindus first.

But in reality...they never officially give up their caste certificates because they want to avail reservations and they will get lot of money, foriegn trips, smuggled items and become richer than many hindus. Ultimately it's one of the big reasons Hindu students suffered in South and lot of them moved to foreign countries in order to make ends meet.
