    Jammu and Kashmir historic election likely throwing up a fractured mandate…

    Evarochina peddaga peekedi emi ledu but at least full term run chesthe chalu..

    BJP/PDP alliance with independents chance vunte bagundu..Better to administer Kashmir from Jammu than Srinagar.

    NC+Cong+PDP will be forming the Govt uncle, 

    Interesting thing about J&K is that Governor can nominate 5 MLA'S directly to assembly and these 5 MLA'S are counted when forming the Govt.

    Even though the no of seats is 90, the majority to form the Govt is 48
