What about rice which is part of every Indian meal? People should eat less rice , more curry and more salad which we don't

we switched more polished varities of rice than hand pounded which is what i ate all my childhood.

Chinnappudu weekly oka sari non veg undedi.. India velli chooste daily non veg ee

laddu lo vismai gadu vallu bucket oil vesi vandina videos choosi illalo same amount oil, ghee, butter mix chesi kodutunnaru..

Wrong perception. If food is only the concern then why aged people getting diabetic around 50’s. There are many factors but to post a disco in social! Somasa or pizza makes more noise.

Yep more polished rice ante rice lo unna fiber motham pothundi, hand pounded rice is better to eat.

No bro only andhra lo that too land owning communities eat non-veg regularly atleast 3-5 a week vere vaalu asalu weekly twice kooda chicken fish tinnaru.

Some communities in coastal areas eat fish regularly as well.

Kerala konchem better diet aspect lo.

Chicken and Fish r part of indian meal aa? Week ki okka sari non-veg tini part of meal ante ela bossu. 

Even now many indians are vegetarians or eat protein non veg just once a week. Maybe coastal lo unde valu more fish tintaru emo like bengalis/telugus in coastal areas but general ga meat consumption is very less. Also, protein knowledge chala takkuva india lo. Majority think eating dal is enough for protein.

em cheyalem.. whatever food changes we do should be sustainable and you should love that change

otherwise just live with it and include walking and stretching. reduce calorie intake thats the max we can do.
