I don’t think so they own anything huge in Mumbai but in Hyderabad they had good commercial properties and Suresh Oberoi still own few properties in Hyderabad, Himayathnagar and some commercial properties in market zones are in pending in courts…

Old time Himayathnagar vallaki telusu ivanni, Prakash Filling station ani okati vuntunde that land owned by oberoi brothers and street-13 la oka house vuntadi and Vivek Oberoi spent his initial years in that house which is still owned by them..

I know that area and their properties really well. Aa area lone perigindi. VST taggara cigg factory lo kuda major stake vunnattundi if not complete ownership. Odeon theater kondam ani kuda chusaru le. Ivanni bacha gadu vunnappudu vinna, but not sure about the truth. I know Oberoi was born in Hyderabad as I met him at a party in Odeon theaters. Dasara time lo super chestaru akkada party. Manager was my dad's best friend.

But I thought those Oberoi malls are also theirs.

curly tales toh he shared how; he was into micro financing before venturing into movies I don't know how true it is but yeah he was doing something differently
