What do you mean he went without informing.. The theatre management already told police and police was also already there.. They didn't manage the crowd based on his popularity

police say otherwise. i dont think they would have gone ahead with the arrest if this was the case. lets see what the court says. maybe the police acknowledged but did not provide permission . coordination with police is needed after requesting police security kada.

Lawyer clear ga chepadu, memu permission chupincham....Police reject chesam annaru but dint have any proof of rejecting it ani.....High Court gave bail ani.

The Government cannot stop someone to go to a place. Sandhya requested bandobast and police didn't give. Sandhya didn't ask for police permission. 

Basically Allu Arjun going to theatre didn't break any law.
