first, make the rules stringent and then change laws to relieve all those who survive

anyone who can survive in current market without losing job will get a chance to get their GC's through a law

Correct me if am wrong but Spillover anedhi distributed proportionally across all EB categories, not exclusively to EB-1, even if EB-1 has the greatest demand. Lets assume If there are 100,000 family-based green cards left over in a fiscal year and If EB-1 has a deficit of 100,000 visas based on priority dates, it will only receive 28.6% of the spillover upfront, which is 28,600 visas and not all the 100k visas. The remaining 71,400 visas are distributed among EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, and EB-5, irrespective of the backlog in EB-1.

if there are 100K family visas available, USCIS will wait until the last moment waiting for FB to use them for FB, sometimes they even allocate the visas ahead of time so that FB gets them as much as possible

50K vaste too much lucky, Eb1 takes preference over EB2, USCIS has allocate more to EB1 beyond 28K from SO many times in the past (check 2015-2016) at the expense of EB3

2016 PD ki DOF ravadam means Muslim country ban is the only option, it will not happen this time

the current narrative is shifted to target H1B than illegal immigrants, any movement of EB visas is not going to go well with MAGA, so Miller will avoid it

all in all,, current form lo H1B undadam itself is big win, forget about GC dates.
