Hitman Posted January 14 Report Share Posted January 14 Project that aims to create downtown for Wesley Chapel moves forward WESLEY CHAPEL — The Legacy Wiregrass Ranch downtown project was revealed back in March, but Pasco County commissioners got their first public look at it Dec. 10. And they liked what they saw. By a unanimous vote, the board approved the economic development agreement term sheet with the county for the first phase of the project, moving it forward.
